The 3rd parehgrah of the Moo Moo Handbook...



"Grade A moomoo juice will be served immediately, or pasteurized and be sent to supermarkets. Grade B moomoo juice will require fermentation to make into cheese or yoghurt. Although Grade B moomoo juice will ferment and not be exactly ‘fresh’, we still require the freshest possible Grade B moomoo juice. So we will let the Grade B moomoo juice remain in the moomoo’s body for up to 1 month. Of course, during this 1 month more moomoo juice will inevitably be generated, so the moomoo’s body will continue to expand, but at a slower rate."
